449 Blue Valver/Williams in Southampton John Lewis entrance

Was crossing to go into John Lewis near mini roundabout and a 449 valver or williams with black alloys went past with after market exhaust and the rad spoiler removed was it anyone on here? sorry did not get any of the reg. Think was more likely a Valver.

People really should signal off that roundabout being lots of people cross there he almost ran over my friend. not sure about the buckets was getting dark so all i saw was had black wheels (possible oz wheels leggera style) no radiator spoiler and had aftermarket exhaust.

Wouldnt of been me anyway, as i had my car in a garage the only time i was up Southampton.
Was just curious if they took it out for a drive lol.
I have seen a blue clio with black wheels and a loud exhaust about so could of been that one.
