I don't intend to fit the oil clocks. As long as the rev counter will work by fitting rt clocks I'm happy. Oil clocks will take away from the standard look.
I fitted rt clocks in a 1.2 phase 3 before and the rev counter worked with no extra work.

whats wrong with the williams? it looks in good condition, seems a bit of a shame.
and i hope your gonna declare the engine swap to te dvla and insurance
All will be declared.
The Williams is rotten underneath which has been patched in the past. It failed its mot on a number of things and is evident has been accident damaged in the past.
well fair enough then should be a good sleeper, i quite like the prima blue too.
the pase 1 grille on the williams hints towards the accident too
Rest assured I know scrapping a williams is a crime unless it is a really bad example which this is.
in that case mate no interior loom needs changing. it should plug and play!
iirc!
In which case I will remove the loom from the williams and keep it spare incase I change my mind at a later date.
You only need to cut away some of the inner skin off the bonnet, i had a standard clio bonnet on a 16v and had to do it, did get hot tho, but i think that was to to with the radiator with a big hole in it...
Think mickpm has done this? with a ph3? think i remember thinking at fcs when we were on track that it was a nippy ph3!! lol
I am still working on this and the engine will soon be ready to go in.
What I needed to know is I am aware I will need to change the fuel pump but will I also need to fit the williams fuel lines and fuel pump wiring to the 1.2 rl shell or can I use the standard ones on the rl shell?
Just thought I would give an update of where this is at. On target for FCS09 :D
