Hello. I am Jaine from e-bay who mailed you about this car I notice your reserve is different on here to what you told me? If your reserve is £3025 then I can make you an offer now.
    Jaine
Hello Jaine, yes you did email me about the car. Unfortunately you have been mistaken on the reserve. What i sent back to you was that the Reserve was £3250 and not £3025. The reserve of £3025 which you probably saw on here was last week when i tried to sell it but in hindsight felt it was too low.

The car is here waiting to be bought so you'd best hurry up as i have a guy coming over from Ireland tomorrow. :D

Right OK I dont mean to sound rude but I have not been mistaken on the reserve - it is on this website in black & white & lower than the one on e-bay. Also in e mail to me today you said the bloke was coming over from Ireland at the WEEKEND & now you say tomorrow?

I AM interested in the car & was hoping it would be won fair & square on the auction. I am on rest days Thursday & Friday so would have been collecting it one of those if conveniant with yourself but really dont have a clue where I stand now?

Please can you advise if you will be letting this auction run it's course as you do not state on your advert that you have the car advertised elsewhere.

So - I have money, I have means of getting to you & I am the only bidder on your auction so far so is it not fair all round to let the auction run & if I win then so be it.

Jaine, just phone him up and discuss a price over the phone? I'm sure you can bother agree on something inbetween £3025 and £3250

Item: 1994 RENAULT CLIO WILLIAMS 2 BLUE (4605552441)
This message was sent while the listing was active.
    teamhenchman is the seller.

Hi there Jaine thank you for your question. The car is advertised for sale on the Williams Clio website. Apart from that nowhere else. You are more than welcome to buy it outright. For your information the reserve is £3250, if you bid this you will stand a good chance of winning the bid. There is a guy who wanted to come and view it this weekend from Ireland, so if you can get in with a bid over and above the reserve i'll let it go. Hope that helps.

    Geoff.

This is the response i sent you Jaine. Granted it says that a guy from ireland is coming over at the weekend, but he has now changed his mind and is getting a flight over today. Nothing i can do about that.

What i sent back to you was that the Reserve was £3250 and not £3025. The reserve of £3025 which you probably saw on here was last week when i tried to sell it but in hindsight felt it was too low.
Yes you are correct that somewhere on this post i have a reserve in"black and white" that says £3025, but if you can understand what i wrote above then you will realise that for the second time round of listing my car i have chosen a higher reserve. What about this dont you get?

In order to win the car auction you need to hit the reserve. That is £3250, and not £2000. Im sorry if i am being harsh here but the fact remains last time i had around 40 watchers and a few bidders yet no one went over £2250. If someone wants it and knows what the reserve is why hang about with silly bids - its not going to win you a car.

Just for info my highest bid on eaby is £3050 not 2k, I do not consider this a silly bid as your previous reserve was less than this. I am not mucking around. I am 38 yrs old so hardly a young kid bidding on what she cant afford, however I will wait & see if this "person" from Ireland buys the car when he sees it today & if you remove the auction.
