williams 3 ecu unlocking

Hi, ive just put an engine from a williams 3 into my 1992 valver shell its all plumbed in ready to go but wont start.

it cranks but there no fuel or spark, it must be the immobilzer but i dont have the reciever and the chap i got the car from has lost the keys.

ive been told to put my valver loom on the engine but failing that how do i go about getting the ecu unlocked.

williams ECU's dont have an immobiliser


You need to fit the original loom thats fitted to the standard 1.8
