simpe as just removing them bolts bolting manifold to engine block/head and sliding the exhaust back a bit?

undo the 10mm nuts holding it to cyl head and undo the mount lower down to the engine so it allows u to slide it back

use a ratchet 10mm spanner, undo all nuts remove downpipe and then just pull off studs, noting which side the metallic facenof the gasket goes

Just do bolts up evenly.

pray none of them are seized.

When I put my supersprint on luckily all of them come off just fine.

Was certain they'd all be seized though.
