Williams lowering springs and de-cat pipe and k+n

Hi all, there parts are spare and its unlikly that i will ever put them on my williams.

2 x -35mm drop
2x -55mm drop
1x k-tec silenced de-cat

Would prefer to arrange collection as i have very little spare time, im based in hertfordshre near junction 25 m25

Also have k& n induction filter but not sure if there is parts missed as there just appears to be the filter nothing else. Alos it sounds stupid but im not sure what set of springs will give the indictaed drop, obviously there arnt the same size would the bigger ones give less drop than the smaller ones? I belive that this is the case.
