    Who Would You Choose/Trust?

Who would you choose to do work on your car, and why?
Are they good for their money? Good reputation?
Ive had a look KTR's prices and they seem reasonable compared to other big names.

    Cheers

    Mike

    Someone else.

    Port-Formance in Warrington

    or

    2 live Tuning in Todmordon.

Port-Formance does all my servicing etc....and he's very good....mostly does race bikes, VW's, Evo's etc...did a lot of 5's in their day.....he's not really heard of unless your local.

2 live Tuning again not well known but the the results have been proven.... :D

Not saying theirs anything wrong with the others just I'm not one for taking my car anywhere and the above 2 I trust to do a good job (even though I've not used 2 live Tuning yet). No point trying anyone else if your already getting the service u want and Port-Formance is on my doorstep.

I must admit I have'nt had anything done in a Renualt Specialist garage yet and have always opted for local garages...only trouble is they charge you an arm and a leg. It really is a good idea nowadays to go to a garage with a good rep...especially with willy's etc as you just don't know if they do everything that they say they have done when you leave a garage. From now on i'm gonna try and take my car to a specialist (Hill Power) as they seem to be very resonable for things such as cambelt changes etc..which I've always thought would be quite expensive at a specialist garages. It's piece of mind at the end of the day... :D

My engines getting built by EDA in Castleford because my mate works there and also if they can build a 1800bhp V8 that will do a years worth of racing and street driving with no problems then they can build a 200-ish bhp 4 cylinder no problems.

However if I needed headwork i'd send it to a Clio specialist as they're more likely to know whats what.

    See ya

    IMO...

Hillpower - Nicks a guru! Race proven results.

AWT - Ben's knowledge is amazing! Good rep from other clio owners!

BBPT - No idea. Have heard good things!

I'm going the Hillpower route with my F7R engine. Simply becuase he can remap in house, has race proven results, and his prices are competitive! (Living in scotland i needed a drive in-drive out service!)
