bloody knob heads! stuck on one of the main roads home (dual carriageway A road) and they decide to do speed checks at side of road(take up whole layby with one of there cameras out the back mounted inside the van) highly unlikely to catch anyone cos people going slow past it has a knock on effect on the traffic behind, bloody 2 miles behind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Might be a ANPR camera (number plate reader), not to catch speeders but flagged cars, such as wanted persons, no insurance etc.
