how long was your car off the road? also just wondered if after you got it all fixed, did it run ok? im getting mine back this week after being off the road for about 6 months, i just cant visualise it ever running right ever again, should i be worried?

I did'nt have a cambelt snap but a cam fractured causing major damage was never quite the same after imo

Not cambelt but I had the bottom end rebuilt on my valver and it was superb afterwards, shame bodywork was gay

When my belt snapped, it was off the road for 2 months.
Had faster cams put in so obviously it felt quicker.
No probs with the engine so far (touchin' wood).
