yeah the valver/williams bolts with the floating collar break SO easily (they strecth), really crap, i would strongly recommend changing them for solid 1 piece bolts
Both the one-piece and collared bolts break when over-tightened.
Have to always remember to use torque wrench for final bolt tightening, instead of air-gun wrench.
all willys/16valvers originally came with bolts with floating (loose) collars just below the head of the bolt
the new clios have 1 piece bolts, muchos better, i haven't snapped any of those yet
so i need the ones with no coller.. are these easy avalable i was told motorland do them

go to Motor World, they are £1.50 each, they will have spares from all the wheels they will have kept in
