Got my car back today :P Aparrently it was my fault, the guy had said that jamming it into 2nd gear had cuased the breakage

I never jam it into 2nd really hard

Oh well, here's what broke.

try bliping the throttle on downchanges as well.

helps reduce the chance of things like that!
