ABS Failure

jamies williams has failed MOT on abs light comin on n stayin on, am i right in thinking if u take the fuse out and disable the system it can pass?!

No. If you take the fuse out the ABS light would come on anyway. Check the fuse first.

Or take the bulb out. :P

yer but if u remove the bulb it will still fail?! as i was told the abs light needs to come on, on ignition and go out when started!?

My Hybrid does not have ABS but still has the dash symbol (as I have Williams 3 dials) and doesn't come on with ignition and still passed its MOT less then a month ago.

mine was a twat for ages with coming on and going off - I did 3 mot's 2 in different garages and took the bulb out a few days before - never had a problem - did the same with airbag light.. then got told that doesn't matter!
