Which Oil Filter & How much gearbox oil??

Im about to order 5ltrs of Silkolene Pro S 5w 40 and wanna change my oil filter too.
On Opie oils webpage there are 6 oil filters listed for 'Renault'......which one do I need for my Williams 3 engine?

Also how much gearbox oil do I need to order?

and finally......is 5ltrs of engine oil enough for the Hybrid?

    Thanks
