The guy is a complete ass hole.

I enquired about dent removal from a rear quarter (usual parking dent). He said £75. I asked him to justify why i would pay £75 for 10 minutes work (ive seen the dents removed before and i know how long it takes). I asked him to justify asking for a rate of £450 per hour, bearing in mind there are no consumables being used and it was purely a labour rate. He couldnt.

I wouldnt pay more than £10 a dent (which is what i pay chipsaway in Staffs).

He got all arsey about it so i hung up.


What a complete spud. No wonder people like this get a bad name. Hes a ****ing dent man and yet he expects to earn 10 times the rate of a qualified grade A published scientist with a Phd????


At £75 for 10 mins work he would be on £18,000 a WEEK if he worked non stop.

I normally pay a guy £100 cash to do the whole car. He notices dents I cant even see. Normally takes about 45 mins.
