The lift up reverse bit, or the white plastic bit under the knob?

Cut old one off, push with glue for the new one, depending how tight the fit it might not be necessary for glue, but take it from someone who ahs had a gearknob come off in their hand mid over take, it hurts like hell shifting with teh end of the stick
