K-tec exhaust systems?

does anyone know if they are any good?? or got one fitted to their car??
they seem like a reasonable price with a good selection of tailpipes on offer.
Just wondering if someone has one on their car??

my m8 has a k-tec loud exhasut with a silenced decat on his and i must say i think it sounds fabulous. but im not that they are that reasonably priced imo

mine does sound good, but its never fitted the car properly. its always hit the heat shield, and always works itself loose on the bolts just after the de cat.
i think you can get louder, if thats what your after?

my custom one that i am selling has a 4" tailpipe and is fully straight through.. ask andy at GDI how loud it is! lol

Hmmm thats kind of making me want to change my mind now

I have a scorpion exhaust system with a de-cat and it just sounds like it did when it had the standard exhaust on.

As with everything k-tec sell they aren't cheap.

They ahve a lifetime guarentee, but inkow of alot of people that have had problems, tehya re always happy to sort it, even if ti means re welding it where the wleds ahve blown instead of replacing it, but if you are travelling any sort of distance to them its a hassle you don't need.

Personally i'd go wth tried and trusted systems, like scorpion ones
