I can't believe you sleep with your wheels in your bed, surely you sleep in the Williams like I do?!?

Got my Cup alloys back on Saturday and they have made an excellent job, unfortunately the good bloke at my local kwik fit must have been on the lav when the tyres were going back on and the YTS numpty managed to chip one of the rims

Will get my Willy ones back next Sat hopefully, but apparently they were so shagged, Lap-tab have had one hell of a job getting them right, the polishers couldn't get them on the lathe as they are slightly out of true and so have had to polish by hand, will see what they are like and then decide if I need to replace!

Do you think I should sort out a better set or should they be O.K? Don't really want to fork out for more wheels and then another £220 to get them refurbed (better than £208+VAT each from reno though!!)

It's only a slight nick and I am selling the car so will touch it up and no one will be the wiser.

They did put all the tyres back on for nothing though, and are doing my Williams ones (I will stand over them and watch!!) for a fiver a corner. They normally want 8 quid a corner do I am saving £44.00 overall which is more than a refurb. Besides, the missus is using the cup this week so all the wheels will have damage by the weekend

My gf is just as anal about watching her rims as I am. Makes a pleasant change.

Wish mine was, I have just forked out £120 for a new cup alloy due to one having excessive rim - kerb interface issues (which GF admits to being her fault!!) at least she won't be driving the Williams (then again I can't blame her if they get scuffed!!)
