Throttle bodies if you have the skills to make your own setup using bike throttle bodies and an aftermarket ECU. This can be cheap if you can find a cheap rolling road.

If not cams as they're a lot less work in the long run to get fitted.

As above, throttle bodies don't need to be expensive its just that people tend to spend a lot on the perfect setup thats made for a clio, theres kits out there for caterhams and elises that are £400 for the tb's :D

to really get the best out of the bodies tho......cams are needed too. they can be plumbed in on std head, but improvements will be fairly minimal



so id say cams tbh.

cams 1st bodies later! bodies are like next stage of moddin when u have already exhausted all the usual stuff!

one of three ways after usual cams/IK/exhaust n manfold/decat is supercharger turbo or bodies!!
