Started her this morning people and she turned over no worries first time!!!SWEET :D
oh and then started pissin petrol out of the end of the fuel rail.....doh! its not s biggi i hope, gonna have a fiddle monday n if no joy then new rail n stuff on tuesday latest!!
but apart from that it seems okay! oh n i need to set up my potentiometer! check my other post again chris mate if ur here!

Nice one mate.
I had the same problem with my fuel rail. In my case, I had managed to cross-thread the bolt for the cold start injector feed and it chewed up the metal of the rail.
I replaced mine as I had a spare, but your's may just need nipping up a bit tighter.

mines done exactly the same matey, stripped the thread cuz i cross threaded it!! doh! off to LTR tomos to get new fuel rail, gonna have to polish it up n everything again now!! doh, wish i'd of had a spare! :( Originally Posted by James Clio 16v
