    mot question

    the person i bought my gti6 off drilled a hole into the tailpipe for a flamer kit, he then realised he was being a twat and didnt bother anyway im left with a hole bout 10mm diameter in my tailpipe.will an mot tester fail my exhaust for this???also i kerbed my 17"s and took a small bit out of the sidewall of the tyre any1 got any ideas if this is an mot failure as well.

    Gungum it before you go.
    As for the tyre, if they spot it should fail it, stick your spare on for the MOT but leave the chunky one at home.

    agreed,they will fail for side wall bein anythin but perfect,as for flamer hole it should be ok as long as it isnt blowing and its before end of probe for emissions test as it will not pick up test on computer.

    cant put my spare on as i got 17" and i think spare is a 15 even if it is same rolling radius with bigger tyre they wont accept it will they??

    u needto have 2 wheels of the same size on 1 axle the other axle can have different size aslong as they are same size aswell

    ie 185/55/15 on back, 195/50/15 on front
