he promised me since 4 month that he sending the gear box or send me my money back.

But nothing is happened.

We speak about a value of 247 GBP

Now i complain him @ the police.

he promise and promise but nothing changes.

thats not a fine deal.

i have no worts what i want to do with him.... but i cant travel to him and get my money back. and i think he knows that and think i do nothing.

I has bought the gearbox in 02/07 @ ebay

Contact person was Jamey Taylor

I have full adress date and telephone number from him.

Now the Ebay Account is dead and i have lost my money for a bad experience.

But i dont want to give up.

so i think too, but have waited to many day´s, after 3 month´s ebay and pay pal say´s its your problem....

otherwise he dont use his own pay pal account
and
the ebay account is closed
