What would be the quickest and easiest way to mount a camera phone to the top of the dash?

going to have to mount it above the wipers thou, but velco is good, dnt get a cheap one thou as it comes off with some high speed cornering action.

jus buy a suction pad thing with the phone holder on the end?? bout a 10er off ebay??
