Finally finished it today and I'm feeling rather proud of myself. I've never done anything like this before and was elated when it started.

Had to fix 2 fuel leaks in the process of fitting and my fan motor seized and I need to get a new one of these. I have a slightly erratic idle when first started, cleaned the ISCV, but this made no difference, so it looks like I need a new one.

I'll get some pictures up when I have put the painted rocker cover on.

Check the earths for solving the idle problem

I cleaned up the earth points for the gearbox strap and the ones on the loom.

Is it worth putting any more earths on?

as for the idle, i had this when i changed my whole TB, iscv, potentiomenter, etc in one!

went for a drive and it sorted itself out after 10 mins!
