Go here for turbos and intercoolers, american though but still cheapish!
    Intercooler- £200
T28 Turbo (same bb use for £1000)- £400

Cant see the postage etc adding upto £1100 which is the saving!

    For pistons:

They do a 7:5.1 for the williams which offers potential of more boost than just a thicker head gasket

    Con Rods And Bolts:
German site, prices are a bit expensive but whats got to be expected i guess, for the sport spec rods it costs about £760 and for the race spec rods its £996

All parts on those links are new!

A friend of mine does his own ECU's for boosted applications with built in 2.5bar map sensor, wideband AFR meter, EGT sensor, mapped via the mega tune software, and an info LCD to mount on your dash. Really good stuff as you dont have to use external AFR/EGT sensor/info setups and its permanent. You can even set it to run closed loop on wideband information, targetting whatever AFR you want all the time. £500 is a bargain if you ask me.

Manifolds.......some friends in netherlands can do you top notch ones, try contact them, you would be able to bring the turbo round the side, ala 5gtt, ontop of the gearbox area.

cant think of anything else at the mo.

yeah its expensive lol. i hear that there are some in the uk for about 700 but iirc they are sport spec where as those ones are ARP Race Spec....dear but needs must lol

Couldnt you modify the supersprint? cut it up and have a flange welded on then get the downpipe modified? then you dont have to use bbtunings which doesnt support t3/t4 turbos so you can have a bigger turbo

Ben if you had the turbo above the gearbox then youd need to bring the exhaust there aswell wouldnt you? wouldnt that reduce performance/increase lag?
