How do i get the fuel pump out ?

ive got an uprated fuel pump i want to fit, and ive just gone to fit it, but, how do i get the old one out....

i presume the black ring just unscrews ?......anti clockwise yes ?

mine wont budge, should i try some WD40 or will that not do anything ?

also i presume those 3 pipes need undoing before it will come out ?

will i not end up with fuel all over my back seats, and me

and make sure you re-fit tight as when mine was replaced it leaked with a full tank and took 3 attempts to fix it.

Garage kept saying it will break if they go any further but they got there in the end lol.

forgot to mention, as soon as u take the plastic ring off and pull the pump out make sure u put the ring back on as they can deform!
