    16v/Williams Torsion bar.

While i was on dialogys i decided to see if there was any difference between the two.

    Williams:
    77 01 466 727 REAR AXLE CL 435.62
    77 00 767 540 JOINT TOR/BAR N5T 48.91
    77 00 804 714 (not in price list)
    77 00 804 715 (not in price list)
    77 00 804 716 (not in price list)
    77 00 804 717 (not in price list)

    16v:
    77 01 466 727 REAR AXLE CL 435.62
    77 00 767 540 JOINT TOR/BAR N5T 48.91
    77 00 804 714 (not in price list)
    77 00 804 715 (not in price list)
    77 00 804 716 (not in price list)
    77 00 804 717 (not in price list)

There you have it, don't believe these people who try and con you by saying that the Williams rear beam is uprated from the 16v, they are exactly the same.

people often try this to justify why the williams is more money! they forget the main factors of why due to the better engine and better handling! also gains them a couple more quid in a sale, could you look for subframes too matt while your obviously bored

This is what I've been saying for ages after also scanning dialogys.

i think its a case of the 16v/williams rear axle is different to the rest, both iirc are 4 axle bar set-ups and anything lower model then the 16v is 2axle bar iirc

16v rear track is wider then the RSi rear track, so guessing beams are different, even though they bothg run discs at the rear
