Do you mean as in being repaired ? I don't reckon it has but I don't know what I'm looking for though. Is there a normal place where they need it ?
It was on the car when I got it about 5 month ago so I don't know how old it is.
Could get some more close up pictures if you want.

I have just bought one of these and a decat for the hybrid.
Just gotta fit it along with my new brakes which turned up tuesday
