How come no exhausts are made out of Aluminium?
Is it because of there lower melting point or the resonation that they give? just noticed that there all steel.

no idea, but you get aluminium engine blocks and the head is ally

Exactly as Ben says. Aluminium is far more expensive than SS. Plus in the thin gauge used for exhausts the temp resistance/cylcing would burn a hole in it in no time.
