Valver vs CLK 230 and Golf GTI mark 3

Had some dickhead businessman in his new merc, must be the wifes cos its hardly a mans car, was up my arse all the way through a 30 then came to a roundabout which joins to a dual carriageway, I could see out me mirror that he had chosen the outside lane as we pulled off the roundabout I kept it in 2nd and waited for him 2 try n get past as he got level i flawed it pulled ahead and from 2nd to 5th he wasnt gaining at all so i felt pleased with myself as theres not much i like more than 2 wipe the smug grin off some1 whos spent £20+ grand on their motor and underestimates the might of the clio, haha.

Also dual carriageway, side by side with a golf gti with lexus lights (wanker) pulled away and kept pulling away and he had his missus in the front.

You donr well coz my mates got a slk 230 and I couldn't keep up in my healthy williams. There auto but pull really well, especially if he was to of used the 4 gears he has at his disposal.

mk3 gti's aren't exactly blistering performance, there quite fat to be honest, chose my valver over one of them.

Couldn't keep up with a 230? The 320 maybe, but I would have thought the 230 surely would be fair game?

2.3 supercharged is still bloody quick mate. Auto box is bloody good on them too. His keeps up with my mates 260bhp scooby.
