I GET A JUDDER THROUGH THE PEDDLE .. BUT NOT THROUGH THE STERRING WHEEL

THIS ONLY HAPPENS IF I AM COMING OFF THE SLIP RD ON MOTORWAY OR BRAKEING HARD

    IS THIS WARPED DISCS?

Warped discs most likely caused by low pads overheating. Replace 'em both, mate

When the pads wear thin they get hotter quicker because there's not enough material left to absorb the heat. So they make your discs overheat. Your problems might just be down to your pads, but it's a good excuse to change them both and save yourself some time and money in the future
When you change the discs and pads, check your callipers move smoothly and haven't seized.

the pads have plenty on them..

also took drivers wheel off last night to see .. also tryed spinning the wheel it spun but you can here it rubbing off and on
tryed rear wheel and it was constant
