Valver vs 680bhp Skyline

Theres a bloke in a Skyline near me with a dynoed 680bhp. Very very nice car. Anyway I was having a quick run down the local bypass. Doing around 130mph I came up on the Skyline which was doing probably 95-100mph. Anyway I went to overtake thinking he wouldn't be bothered. He must have seen me approach, and booted it as I pulled out and got just past his bonnet.

****in hell it was impressive. It was level with me in about a second, and he must've took it to about 180mph. I hit 145mph on the speedo and he was pulling away like I was doing 80mph lol. Went to his house later as i've known him for a while, had a good chat with him. He's spent some right money on it. Took me out in it aswell, it was incredible. Cruising at 20-30mph was no problem at all, then boot it and it just took off. I want one lol.

my mate has a skyline but not 680bhp but still quick....incredible car..loved every min of it.

Pipe dream tho....prefer the Dodge Viper and i'll get one one day i swear to god!!! :D

R32 I think. Not well up on Skylines lol. He said he could have bought a decent house for how much his had cost, but he'd rather have the car lol.

u say u were at an indicated 145 on the speedo. were u going over a cliff face at the time??

Nope got a special gearbox in with a longer 4th and 5th ratio. Does 144mph GPS top speed which is just under 150mph on the speedo.
