sell my williams for a valver???

basically im in debt and cud do with abit more money each month. at the moment im payin debts off 4 parts iv replaced and repaird, the loan i tuk out 2 get the williams and the insurence.....

insurence is 2600 cuz im only 19 if i were 2 get a valver it would be around 1600- 1800 plus id save abit of cash from selling the willy and buyin a valver.....

my question is.....is it worth doing, would i really be saving much money???

It will come down mate....but a 2.0ltr valver is unrecognisable from a 1.8 one if the insurance were to look at it

ayup mate try elephant.co.uk, ive had a pretty big smash wen i was 17 and now im 19 with one years claims, have just renewed my insurance with elephant for the valver and it was £900, they would insure me on a williams for £1100 and thats all in my own name, including crash, and declaired alloys and exhaust!!

basicaly fing is i need a new gr box....if im sellin it ill just buy a 2nd hand 1 4 cheep if im keepin it il get mine recond 4 about 700....so i need 2 decide wot im doin asap!!! any more thoughts people?!

2ltr power all the way, my insurance is 2300 for a valver! but i was a naughty boy wen i passed my test, im going willy power as a chrimbo pressie 4 my missus :D

not if i looked at it.

i would test the limiter look at the manifold and then measure the piston bores. lol

whack on a valver manifold and increase limiter and you'll be rite

Thats just made me very hopefull for next year lol. 2 grand at the minute, but i'll be in the same circumstances as you bar the crash (touch wood) come next feburary.
