    blasted rot

    took the williams to the garage to get the track rod ends sorted, and this happened when jacked up on the drivers side jacking point,



    the rotten metal was being held in by layers of underseal. off to be repaired on thursday. more expense, ho hum

    I NEVER EVER use the jacking points, and deffo wouldn't let anybody else. Bad news mate, figers x'd it'll be sorted easily, cheaply and most importantly correctly

    I use rear beam or subframe, then support on stands. Extra messing around somtimes but I havn't had the same problem as fatboy yet

    I go for the chassis rails if I've got a proper jack to hand but with the normal fart arse trolley jacks that don't reach that far I use the subframe as well. For the rear I use the rear beam
