I run 10w40 with approx 340bhp and an oil cooler. May change to 10w50 soon.
Make sure you change it often.

bass is same as me, F7P turbo, low comp pistons
I think i'm running 5w 50 currently but no idea, its been off the road for a while. basically its the oil recommended for the new BMW M1

I used 10/50 then went to 15/50.
