Membership

Can someone help me.
I cannot get in to some of the threads "projects" for example.
I pay my membership by bank direct debit each year...has this now changed
The icon at the top of my page suggests that if the little symbol is showing,then The fee is collected recurring

PLEASE HELP

I gave up the membership in the end. Until it's sorted automatically, I won't be renewing.
