REAR WIPER

Where if there is one is the relay for the rear wiper located wiper not working, getting 9 volts at wiper think relay is cause as sometimes it works motor is fine if connected straight to 12 v it works want to change relay first before looking at switch

thanks it is the relay now to get a new one down the local breaker i think
