Engine refurb

Need some advice, as some of you know, I have an ongoing soon to resolved legal fight with the previous owner ref " clocking", when I receive my money I want to come to the UK to have a new gearbox fitted and the engine refurbed, induction kit removed back to standard etc....who would you recommend to do the work Private or Company and what kind of money are we talking......roughly
