Whats this mount called?

Exhaust fitter said this mount was worn. What is it? How much to replace in parts and labour.

Dog bone mount, very easy to change, costs about £25 from GSF, make sure they get the bolts the right way round!

u dont snap it like mine lol they dont move at all uprated ones, i could do with one tbh!
