Did some williams have 166 BHP?

Evening all, ive noticed a lot of williams forsale adverts recently that state the stock bhp at 166 BHP. Its mostly the williams 2 ads that say this.

Is this true or are the owners poorly informed/misleading people?

The book bhp for the Williams/2.0 F7R was 150. The 1.8 16v made 137bhp. I suppose depending on what weight you used it could perhaps come out at 166 bhp/tonne - perhaps that is where any confusion is arising?

Could well be yes, i know mine comes in at just over 168 bhp to the tonne but it isnt standard. The ones i see say the are standard 166bhp, looks to me like one person has put that and everyone else has presumed it was right. A bit like everyone seems to put the same boring blarb in there williams adverts straight from wikipedia :D
