the car is a totally standard wrx type ra (race altered) quite a rare car.
for anyone that doesn't know.
its a lightweight wrx
Before 1997 these cars were used as the donor vehicle for the Group N and Group A rally cars, untill the 2 door versions came along.

i am the first uk owner with all the auction paperwork from japan showing mileage etc

Interior is totaly unmarked outside there is a couple of small scratches only to be expected from a car of this age.
it runs & drives perfect

alloy wishbones
quick ratio gearbox
intercooler water spray
closed deck sand cast block (individually cast rather than die cast and can take much more modification.)
5th injector
no rear wiper (unlike normal wrx's)
no foglights
no spoiler
co drivers foot rest under carpet
no leccy windows ( less to go wrong)
air con/climate control
leather steering wheel / gear knob
no underseal
less sound proofing

it was on ebay waste of time that was
people seam to want a scooby with loads of stuff done to it spoilers etc.
i prefer to buy a standard car then do stuff myself.
but not everyones like me i supose

i'm with you on that one Paul... tbh when I was looking at Impreza Classics the mods were what put me off 90% of them

I would get some Waxoyl underneath that before the winter. Untreated JDM Scoobs are not too keen on salted roads.

Looks nice though.
