which tyres?

I'm needing a set of 195/45/16 tyres for my Uno Turbo and thought id ask you lot on here.

Toyo T1-R

now, i've had both and not sure which i prefered tbh. I didn't really drive far enough on my Toyo's before the wheels were sold on.

Any other tyres in this size you suggest?

Bare in mind that these are daily tyres and not track tyres and i shall only be doing 1500 miles a year at a guess.

budget is around the £230 mark for 4.

Put some t1-r's on my willy a couple of weeks ago and I'm impressed. Plus they were cheap.

T1R are a great all round tyre for the money, just dont expect enormously good dry weather performance from a budget all round tyre from them and im sure you'll be happy with them.

I assume you mean wet performance?

On dry they stick as **** and also wear prety fast. Depending on the usage offcourse.

On wet roads the performance is a bit dissapointing but can't expect more for the money.

For good allround go michelin PE or pirelli zero nero.
