    wide trackingsss

the 9 is now 15mm wider at the front on either side , being still on standard
shocks and top mounts as well as low ,there is quite a bit of negative camber which makes it a bitch to drive at the moment .
fokking loves the F7R power though

now track rod ends were long and kind enough to take the 15mm increase happily and dont seem to have major problems with the shafts either .

so as mentioned above i am left with loads of neg camber due to hubs being
pushed out from the bottom . will camber correction bolts be able to correct
this much of change in camber or am i looking to relocate the top mounts ???

    any other suggestions welcome :P

I asked the geometry people at Xsport, they say you might have to do both. Obviously starting with camber bolts first off as this would be the cheaper option.

As coops says how many degrees is that? Anything over 3.5 will be a fail iirc

    hello trouble :P

i dont mind a bit of camber , any ideas what the max correction i
can get with camber bolts is ?

also thought of making my own front legs using 19 16v
strut bodies or even using 19 16v legs and getting the turrets
    drilled to take them .
as they have offset bolt holes fitting the hub , they will pull the
top of the wheels inwards .

driving today i noticed i have a slight knock when i hit the
gas pedal ,which feels to be coming from the driveshafts ??
they must but pulled out of the gearbox ends a little too i guess .
will have to look for longer ( 19 16v driveshafts )

    Hi MATE :P

I believe the ktec ones will let u go to 3.5 degrees. Im sure other places may sell more of a degree'd slant

But then your seriously be going through a heck of a lot of tyres thats all.

DON'T go to Ktec for them

Try Camskill, get the 12mm bolts off ANY car, think mine are Daihatsu bolts. They are half the price. Can get them cheaper as well if you look but I have an account with Camskill so used them.

I think it said 4 degrees camber max shift, but this mean BOTH ways, so technically its about 1.5 to 2.0 degrees camber with bolts alone.

Now, here is the trick, you CAN I believe use TWO camber bolts on the strut, but I havn't as it is not worthwhile for me and the bolts are not as strong as OE so didnt wanna take any risks.

have been playing with ideas ,i think i came out with a decent one in the end.
as you all know , wishbones have pushed the track out 15mm each side
so the rest have to be matched (track rod ends, shock mounting, driveshafts )

Track rod ends : they have been wound out around 15 mm at the moment
i am yet to check if there is safe enough thread going in to the rods .

Drive shafts : megane ones where my subframe came from are 15mm longer and will hopefully be easier to obtain in the future than r9 ones .

shock mounting : this has been a real bollock buster for me .
in the end , i used 2 r19 16v shock absorber shells in conjunction
    with a brand new pair of inserts for a 19 16v .
these shocks will push the hubs out about 13.5 mm each side .
here is one i made earlier
