    he has the new parts, just the rusty old ones in the way of them is all and drill is not possible due to muppet angles on the door in the way

    Are they not unscrewing at all? If angles suck is it not possible to gently jack door up slightly to take door weight off hinge?

    oh doors off mate, and new pin in top, but the bottom one still has small bit of the pin stuck on the door side of the hinge, bottom of it, just the very end of the pin. its fused solid and you cant get a drill in at right angle to drill it out straight even with door off.

    so we just cut the old pin off the top hinge down so the ends missing ond bolted the door back on, jobs a carrot

    can get a 90% drill

    thats what i use have a makita one...

    used for drilling floor joists when rewiring a house mostly..
