Cambelt fitment fail

This engine came from the white car i had with the black bonnet and the angel eyes, i know he had just had the camblet and water pump done on the engine, he told me when i bought the car that teh power steering pump is noisy sometimes, but i couldnt hear it, and when i started it a few days later there was no noise.
Today i go to my friends and i can hear the noise, however im not convinced its the power steering pump, sounds wierd like a scraping on the cover or a lifter compeltely ****ed.
I decided not to move the cat and have an inspection and this is what i found

The 432 will be sold with a BRAND NEW cambelt which i am fitting tommorrow

Very professional,its a wonder none of you noticed the jubilee clip was installed there to stop the belt jumping.........

I wasnt the person who last did the camblet mate, i ddint know it was like that, the person i bought the car from had just had it done (with the engine out off the car i should add) by a professional mechanic.

all fixed, guess makes it more appealing to buyers to, knowing it has had a new belt
