Suit Carrier

I bought on Ebay a few months ago one suit carrier without the parcel shelf and i don't know how i fix it to the parcel shelf
Anyone can help me with photos or anything to fix that this weekend??i appreciate that...

4 self tapping screws i believe, into the parcel shelf, should be a hole in the metal framework at each corner for them to pass through

Only on the proper williams shelf, will need to drill a 16v one.
