central loocking alarm problems help

my car will only unlock off the fob,but will not lock off the fob however it still puts the alarm on,its a toad alarm fob not renault.and also the switch for locking the doors inside wont lock the doors either but will unlock them,any ideas as its a pain in the arse keep locking all the doors with the key.

Sounds like a wire has broke somewhere, odds are where the alarm has been tapped into the loom. It may be a case of chasing the alarm wiring to see where it has been installed.
