Hello and help with checking out a potential car purchase.

Hi, I'm selling my smoker on Saturday and am looking for a nice Clio Williams to punt about in. I've spotted a couple that are interesting, one in the North West and one in Bracknell. I'm trying to arrange a viewing of the NW one this week but, I was wondering, is there anyone on here who lives in Bracknell that knows one end of a CW from the other who would be willing to take a look before I make the 3 hr+ drive to find out it is as rotten as a pear or as peachy as a peach? It is a series one numbered 313 on Autotrader for £3k. If it is a good one, please don't go along and bag it :P

I hope that you don't mind this first post being a begging one.

    Cheers

I can't help with looking at the car, but as soon as it starts going wrong we can help out with some armchair mechanics!

I went and looked at 0313 when it was priced at £4500, took me 30 secs to turn around and walk the other way.
Saying that though, my standards are somewhat higher than anyone elses!

Any reason in particular? PM me offline if you don't wish to put it out there for all and sundry. I really need a reliable little smoker to drive and enjoy, and though I don't mind doing the oily bits when required.
