    Solid Adjustable Dogbone Engine Mounts

    Couple of quick questions:

    How much?

    What is the benefit against risk of solid over one with a bush..!?!

    benefits include tighter gear changes, less engine movement and adjustablility so the angle of the engine can be adjusted slightly.

    last 2 points are of particular benefit to heavily modded cars to clear turbos from bulkheads or align t/b trumpets above radiators etc and also when clearances are tight to prevent engine banging against anything under accelration etc

    risks are mainly extra wear and tear on other engine mounts, but this is up to now purely projected, i haven't had one wear out on my car and been running the mount for two years now, and i have many other customers who have had no issues. however it must be pointed out that extra wear is likely as a matter of physics! :D

    oh and as mat says, you will experience increased vibration through the chassis.
