Decided before doing the rear hoses to remove the VERY heavy tow bar on the back. JESUS CHRIST talk about seized bolts there. Taken me hours to get 4 bolts off hehe. One completely sheared off in the end, an M8.

The tow bar weighs about the same as a small child...off now ^^ Free poewr :D

i wonder if that will make the rear end a bit more lively with a bit less weight over the rear axle ?

Hahaha! that's what we were saying just now at the pub. The lads think I am mad and remove anything and suggested it may be an integral part of the chassis or a rear strut brace!

I guess in a way it could actually strengthen the chassis at the rear...hmmm

There were two brackets as well, solid metal that joined the bugger on the the rear rails...not sure if I need them tbh but they may be part of the rear towing eyes...have to check later when I am not pissed up.

Hopefully, at the moment it WILL NOT budge. It vaguely moved a bit earlier on a tight bend at high speed with camber on the road...but being lower at the rear it is harder to get a sense of when it is going to loose it I think.
