Basically up to 2.5k revs it can misfire and judder with no power then suddenly it will stop and the car goes as normal. Has been getting graduallty worse for last week and now does it alot more then before, although it doesnt always do it.
Mates reckon i should check my leads/plugs/dizzy cap/rotor arm?
Im pretty sure it is an ignition problem, just not sure how to check it etc?
Suggestions?

Iv just whipped my dis cap off and i cannot see any metallic bits in the corners at all!!! Surely i should be able to see soemthing? And the rotor arm contacts looked fooked and black!
